Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 June 2026. These terms apply to Sedibeng Commercial Solutions website packages, support services and related project work.
1) Acceptance
By accepting a quote, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2) Packages, Pricing & Billing
- Starting prices: Prices shown on the site are starting-from estimates only.
- Final pricing: Final pricing depends on scope, features, revisions, integrations and content requirements.
- Quotes and invoices: Payment structure, deposits and due dates are confirmed in your quote or invoice.
- Taxes: If applicable, taxes are added and remain your responsibility.
3) Project Scope & Timelines
- Timelines depend on content readiness, client feedback speed and requested functionality.
- Scope changes after approval may affect both delivery time and final pricing.
- We will communicate material changes in timing or scope as early as possible.
4) Cancellation & Refunds
- If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed work and committed time remain billable.
- Deposits and paid fees are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or delivered, except where required by law.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf may still be payable.
5) Hosting, Support & Ongoing Work
- Hosting, maintenance and support may be quoted separately or included, depending on your package and agreed scope.
- Response times and support coverage depend on the agreed service level.
- We apply reasonable security and maintenance practices, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6) Content, Ownership & Licences
- You retain ownership of the content you provide, including text, images and trademarks.
- We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and internal processes.
- Third-party assets, plugins or licences remain subject to their own usage terms.
7) Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, domains, security or integrations. Their performance and terms can affect the final service.
8) Warranties & Liability
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant work that gave rise to the claim.
9) Privacy & Data
We handle personal information in line with applicable law, including POPIA where relevant. You remain responsible for any data you collect through your own site.
10) Changes to Terms
We may update these terms where reasonably necessary for legal, operational or service reasons. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new last-updated date.
11) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent South African courts.
